Charles Leclerc

Charles Leclerc, born October 16, 1997, is a Monegasque race car driver for Ferrari on the Formula One circuit. Prior to running for Ferrari, he raced for Sauber as part of the Ferrari Driver Academy. Before graduating to F1, he claimed the GP3 Championship in 2016 and the FIA Formula 2 Championship in 2017.

Leclerc holds the record for being youngest person to qualify on pole in F1, which came at the 2019 Bahrain Grand Prix. In the same year, he captured his first career win in Belgium. In 116 Formula One starts, Charles has five wins and 27 podium finishes. In 2022, Leclerc came close to winning the F1 Championship, having finished runner-up in the points.
