SPEEDWAY, IN (October 11, 2018) – After a topsy-turvy sequence including a slew of rained out races and cancelled events, the finale of the Bell Racing USA Triple Crown Challenge finally has another new home and will conclude this Saturday, October 13 at Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt, Indiana.
For the past three weeks, the Bell Racing USA Triple Crown Challenge has been a hot topic. Ever since Kyle Cummins of Princeton, Indiana won the opening two rounds of the challenge at Lake Ozark Speedway in August and Lucas Oil Speedway in September. Now Cummins will be given his shot at an unprecedented $20,000 WAR Sprints payday on his home turf at Tri-State Speedway. In fact, if Cummins can pull off the trifecta and nail down the hat trick, his total winnings between all three races plus the Bell bonus would equal a staggering $31,000.
“Bell Racing USA is proud to support the Triple Crown Challenge and we're glad that Kyle Cummins will have an opportunity to bring home the third win at Tri-State,” said Bell Racing USA President & COO, Kyle Kietzmann. “Bell would like to thank Tri-State Speedway, the POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprint League and Casey Shuman for making it possible to move the event date.”
“The road blocks we have overcome to make the finale of the Bell Triple Crown Challenge a reality have been well documented,” said POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprint League Director Casey Shuman, “But, our partners at Bell Racing USA have remained committed to seeing this opportunity through to the end for Kyle Cummins which has been really cool to be part of as a series. We hope to hand Kyle the big check come Saturday night at Tri-State Speedway in front of his hometown crowd alongside our friends at Bell."
All of the action goes down this Saturday night, October 13th, at Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt, Indiana. To keep up with the excitement and Cummins’ chase of $20,000, you can follow @WARSprints on social media to receive live updates throughout the night.
